    Sacred in the Memory of Mrs Hetty Reddoch wife of Alexander Reddoch and oldest daughter of John & Elizabeth H Perdue who was born in the State of Maryland the 30th June 1787: was married to Alexander Reddoch the 19th of April 1798: Enbraced regilion in 1804. and died at this place on the 8th of October 1846: aged 65 years 8 months & 8 days. She was a kind and devoted wife. Tender and affectionate mother. an indulgent mistress. a much esteamed friend and an ornament to society her life was full of usefulness. her death peaceful and happy. she is not dead but sleepeth.
