It alleges: that Sarah Mims was known as Sarah Darling; that Harriet Mims was known as Harriet Smoot; that Alexander Mims was the administrator of his mother's estate upon her death; that Hammond's wife, Eliza, was the daughter of Sarah Mims Darling; that Darling had two other daughters, Steneta Wilkins and Caroline Calvert; and that the estate had never been finally settled.
